The only Low Pressure Foam System with GREENGUARD® certification.

Foam produced with Fomo's new High Flow Technology™ flows more thoroughly and for greater distances, even through complex geometries.  This results in fewer fill points and a more complete fill and air seal.  Typically, only one fill hole is required per channel.

Channel Fill is used in a broad range of applications ranging from Commercial Window Channels and Window Weight Pockets to OEM application such as air handlers and wind turbines.  With a minimum aged R-Value of 7.2 per inch, it has one of the highest aged R-values in polyurethane foam.

Installation Tips:

  • Temperature: Spray foam products are temperature sensitive.  The key is to keep the core temperature of the tanks within the proper range for each formula. (70-80°F for Channel Fill)

  • Thermal Signature: Channel Fill provides enough of a thermal signature that it can be identified by a thermal imaging camera.  This provides a visual quality check to ensure that the cavity is completely filled during installation.

  • Safety Considerations: Our Safety Kit includes a Tyvek® suit with hood, respirator, goggles, and 2 pairs of nitrile gloves.

  • Clean Up: You can clean up uncured foam with Handi-Cleaner.  Once foam is fully cured, you will have to remove it by mechanical means.
