Services:

Dan Walter is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) to perform both Plan Reviews and Inspections on Residential buildings.  Call Dan at 972.283.0163 for information, or to request IECC services.

Scheduling an Inspection:

It is best to give at least one days notice for scheduling an inspection.  However, I can often make it out to perform an inspection the same day if necessary.  Inspections run $85 each.

Plan Reviews:

Turn around time on plan reviews is often 24 hours or less.  If you are in a time crunch, please call and we'll work with you.  The plan review service for residential buildings is $150.
