Services:
Dan Walter is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) to perform both Plan Reviews and Inspections on Residential buildings. Call Dan at (972) 499-4550 for information, or to request IECC services.
Scheduling an Inspection:
It is best to give at least one days notice for scheduling an inspection. However, I can often make it out to perform an inspection the same day if necessary. Inspections run $85 each.
Plan Reviews:
Turn around time on plan reviews is often 24 hours or less. If you are in a time crunch, please call and we'll work with you. The plan review service for residential buildings is $150.
